About the COLLIDE Series

COLLIDE Series 23 will run July 28-30th at St Cecilia Music Center. Join us for our biggest performance of the year!

Each summer, Deos brings 12 professional dancers and a handful of collegiate-level interns to Grand Rapids for three weeks of intensive rehearsals and large-scale performances. COLLIDE has been our longest running performance season, starting back in 2018. Since then, our performance footprint in Grand Rapids has grown exponentially. Shakespeare’s "Twelfth Night" Transformed

Experience the magic of Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" as it meets contemporary ballet. Tess Sinke’s retelling of the comedic Shakespearean tale will leave you with laughter, lightness, and a fresh appreciation for this classic tale. 

Vivaldi's "Summer" Reimagined

Witness the final installment of Deos Ballet’s reinvented “Four Seasons” with Vivaldi's "Summer." Sinke’s choreography blends classical music with contemporary dance roots to test the limits of ballet.

Guest Choreography, Redefining Boundaries

Acclaimed choreographer Savannah Dunn will create a brand new work on the company, premiering during COLLIDE Series 23. It will be her first work with Deos Ballet.
